Since 2002, she has been a professional voice artist with her own studio, working across radio and television commercials, feature film, radio broadcasting, documentary, corporate film, radio drama (ORF, WDR), dubbing, and voice-over throughout the entire German-speaking region (D-A-CH). Her voice-over credits include work for ARTE, 3sat, ORF, Ö1, Servus TV, SF Switzerland, and WDR, as well as Voice of God performances for galas such as Hollywood in Vienna, Kulturaward, and The Sound of Hollywood. She is the commercial voice for brands including Clinique, Estée Lauder, Ferrero, Hansaplast, Henkel, L'Oréal, MAN, Nivea, Persil, Schindler, Shiseido, Silan, Unilever, Wella, and Yakult.

As an actress, she appeared in the feature film "Hidden Reserves" (Stille Reserven, directed by Valentin Hitz), in the television series "SOKO Kitzbühel" (ORF/ZDF), and in a commercial directed by Stefan Ruzowitzky for the Austrian National Tourist Office. As a dubbing artist, she lent her voice to Penélope Cruz and Jennifer Lopez for L'Oréal Austria, and provided the German dubbing voice of Chloe Maayan in "Moneyboys" (ARTE).

Sandra Littomericzky has also worked as a live television and stage presenter – hosting "Lotto 6 aus 45" and "Joker" for ORF (2002–2004) and "Die Montagsmillion" for ATV (2005). On stage, she has presented for CODICO at "embedded world" in Nuremberg and "electronica" in Munich, as well as for TÜV AUSTRIA and the LTE Group. As a presenter of corporate and e-learning films, she has worked for clients including Microsoft Germany, Schirnhofer, Panagenda, and Lenzing AG.

From 2014 to 2018, Sandra Littomericzky served as Chairwoman of VOICE, the guild of announcers and voice artists in Austria. Since 2016, she has been actively engaged in nurturing emerging talent - first through the children's voice talent pool she founded (2016–2023), and since 2026 through a presenters' pool for emerging on-stage talent.
